Julie talks to Lydia Giles about her experience living with Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), a mental illness that can make managing emotions and maintaining healthy relationships extremely difficult. Lydia is a wife, mother and Chartered Professional Accountant in Calgary. She was diagnosed with BPD at a young age but didn’t fully accept her illness until many years later when she discovered the benefits of Dialectal Behaviour Therapy.
